As President of the HVAC department, Doug oversees operations across a wide geographic area, managing a team of over 400 employees performing subcontracting work in air conditioning, heating, and sheet metal. Our projects span more than 200 subdivisions throughout California—from north of Sacramento to south of Bakersfield, and now extending down through the Paso Robles area. 

Doug is passionate about the HVAC industry. “I take pride in the meaningful relationships I’ve built with colleagues, clients, and partners over the years. This work is my calling, and I remain committed to advancing the industry through innovation, leadership, and mentorship.”
