A quality construction process throughout your HVAC design and installation is the best way to build an air conditioning system that keeps you or your homeowners comfortable for years to come. That’s why Blue Mountain builds out our ductwork in a clean environment that is then bagged and unfolded in the attic, rather than being built in the attic by the installer. This results in a better system and less mess for you.

We have a dedicated team of logistics experts that efficiently deliver massive amounts of product from the Shop to the Field every day. All of the parts and pieces are bagged and tagged to be delivered to a specific job site address/lot based on the build sheet. Distribution hub trucks roll every day bound for the communities being built to meet California's demand for housing.

Millions of dollars of inventory are turned on an ongoing basis through our warehouses. Furnaces and air conditioners stacked floor to ceiling, raw sheet metal that has been readied for install, racks of bath fans and air filters in boxes, and miles of line sets on spools. Vendor semis, full of equipment, roll in and are warehoused till needed, then forklifted into place, and then roll out on Blue Mountain trucks.

Our 30' logoed delivery trucks roll down the freeway full of equipment bound for the job sites. We have every size of pickup trucks a construction company can use. We have customer service vans that are ready to tackle repairs or service calls. We have safety inspection crossovers covering hundreds of thousands of miles a year visiting every job site. We even have our own BBQ trailer in case a crew gets hungry!

Architectural sheet metal - beautiful words if you're building a house. Roof flashings and valleys to keep the weather out. Gutters and downspouts to move the rain away. Gable vents and dormers to ventilate attics. Roof penetrations and chimney caps to exhaust fumes. All of it made from sheet metal. We have presses to bend it, saws to cut it, stamps to shape it, and the people who know how to make it all.
