Colusa County

Found in Northern California’s Central Valley, Colusa County is an easy, one-hour drive from Sacramento, CA. And yet, despite its proximity to the state capital, it has a quieter, less hectic feel.

Colusa County boasts wide open spaces, and numerous parks and recreation areas where you can experience the great outdoors, including the Colusa National Wildlife Refuge, the Delevan National Wildlife Refuge, and the Mendocino National Forest. Adjacent to the Sacramento River, the county is a great place for hiking, biking, and watching birds.
