Alameda County

The seventh most populous county in California, Alameda County is a large portion of the East Bay. Its county seat, Oakland, is one of the region’s largest and most vibrant cultural centers, as well as home to the Oakland Raiders. The University of California at Berkeley is another Alameda County institution.

Alameda County boasts restaurants, museums, Victorian architecture, and cutting-edge art as well as a wide range of outdoor attractions, including Anthony Chabot, Coyote Hills, and Redwood Regional Parks.
